Refund and Transfer Policy
- At Least 5 Business Days Prior to the First Class Meeting: Full tuition refund less a $75 withdrawal fee.
- Less Than 5 BUSINESS Days Before the First Class Meeting: 80% of paid tuition refunded, less a $75 withdrawal fee.
- After the First Class Meeting and Prior to the Second Class Meeting: 50% of paid tuition refunded, less a $75 withdrawal fee.
- No Refunds Will Be Made After The Second Class Meeting.
- All Refunds Must Be Requested In Writing.The date of withdrawal is the date/time your “WRITTEN REQUEST” is received.
- Transfer from Class to Class or Semester to Semester: Not permitted if written notification is received less than 3 business days prior to the start of class, and is subject to space availability and any difference in tuition. A $35 transfer fee will be imposed in all cases. A request for transfer between classes, semesters or individuals received after the first class will not be honored and will be subject to the terms of the refund policy.
All refunds will take 6-8 weeks to process. Please note there is a $35 fee for ALL returned checks. Cost of books and supplies is non-refundable. Any overpayment accepted will be completely refunded. In the event a student is terminated from program, the above refund policy will prevail.
Note: Cosmetology NYS Licensing and Certified Nurse Aide Programs have separate refund policies that are not listed above. Registration for these programs must be done in person. Be sure to ask for and read the policy before registering.
