Tuition Refund/Transfer
Refunds - At Least 5 Business Days Prior To The First Class Meeting - Full tuition refund less a $75 withdrawal fee.
- Less Than 5 BUSINESS Days Before The First Class Meeting - 80% of paid tuition refunded, less a $75 withdrawal fee.
- After The First Class Meeting And Prior To The Second Class Meeting - 50% of paid tuition refunded, less a $75 withdrawal fee.
- No Refunds Will Be Made After The Second Class Meeting.
- Cosmetology and Certified Nurse Assisting programs have different refund policies that are provided to the student at the time of registration.
- All Refunds Must Be Requested In Writing. The date of withdrawal is the date/time your “WRITTEN REQUEST” is received.
Transfer From Class To Class Or Semester To Semester: - Not permitted if notification is received less than 3 business days prior to the start of class and is subject to space availability.
- A request for transfer between classes or semesters received after the first class will not be honored and will be subject to the terms of the refund policy.
- A $35 transfer fee will be charged in all cases.
- All refunds will take 6-8 weeks to process.
Please note there is a $35 fee for ALL returned checks. Cost of books is non-refundable. Any overpayment accepted will be completely refunded. In the event a student is terminated from the program for any reason, the above refund policy will prevail.
